WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a system of natural healing founded by Mikao Usui in the 1920's. In his lifetime Mr. Usui taught Reiki to more than 2,000 people, beginning the first lineage of Reiki Masters. Michaela is a 7th generation Reiki Master trained by prominent Reiki Master Ramya of Montreal, Canada.
The intention of Reiki is to bring a person's energetic pathways into harmony and alignment, while increasing their vital life force. Many factors can cause one's life force energy to become depleted, such as stress, anxiety, and trauma. These same emotions, when not properly processed and released, can also cause incoherence in energetic structures, as well as blockages in the chakras and energetic pathways in the body.
The healing energy of Reiki works to soothe, clear, reorganize, and energize the chakras and energetic pathways. Like the invisible radio waves that come through our stereos, Reiki energy exists on a frequency that Reiki healers are trained to tune into and channel, to help their clients.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A REIKI SESSION?
Although Reiki is the foundational healing technique of Michaela's energy work, she uses a blend of modalities along with intuitive channelling and guidance to hold a safe haven for energetic healing for clients.
SOUND HEALING
Michaela works with a combination of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and chimes.
CRYSTAL HEALING
Crystals are minerals that hold energy. The different properties of crystals aid in the energetic healing process and are used in session.
INTUITIVE CHANNELLING
Michaela channels intuitively in session to deliver messages and guidance to help provide insight into clients' healing.
HAVEN MOBILE HEALING
The Haven Mobile has travelled from Halifax to California and back, and been put to good use popping up in communities all around Nova Scotia, all summer long.
Michaela hosts 1-1 Mobile Healing sessions and Pop Up Events out of her 1975 Trillium camper during the summer season in Nova Scotia. Pre-reserve or make an event collaboration inquiry any time.
